It’s official: Alex Drummond likes coffee now.
The Pioneer Woman’s daughter previously admitted that she has hated coffee for all of her life, so this is a pretty big change! Apparently, the caffeinated tides began turning when Alex recently started liking iced vanilla lattes. At first, she only ordered them when she went to a coffee shop—but that soon evolved into making a simplified version of her go-to drink at home.
“I’m officially a coffee girl these days,” Alex wrote on Instagram. “But it must be cold and sweet.”
If you’ve ever tried Ree’s Perfect Iced Coffee recipe, then you know she’d agree!
“A daily Starbucks trip just doesn’t fit into the budget, so this is what I use to make at-home coffee,” Alex explained. “It’s so good.”
Getting that coffee shop taste at grocery store prices is as easy as one, two, sip! Her copycat latte recipe only requires three ingredients: a generous pour of Stōk Not Too Sweet Black Cold Brew, a splash of Coffee-mate Natural Bliss Vanilla Coffee Creamer, and ice.
“I KNOWWWW this is sugary and not healthy but YOLO,” Alex added. Hey, all the best things usually are! 😂

“You’ll never buy iced coffee again! Or if you do, you’ll buy it a lot less often,” she says. “Make a big batch of this cold brew concentrate, stash it in your fridge, and you’ll have iced coffee at your fingertips for 2 to 3 weeks, depending on how tall your glass is!”
