Ingredients:
• Lyre’s 50 ml. American Malt (non-alcoholic)
• Lyre’s Original Coffee, 50 ml
• A pinch of orange bitters
• 15 ml of sugar water
• 100 ml of iced coffee, espresso, etc.
Method:
• Shake all the ingredients together in a cocktail shaker.
• Strain into a chilled rocks or old-fashioned glass.
• Sprinkle some whole coffee beans on top.
Irish Cream White Russian
Unwieldy name perhaps, but this is an indulgence like no other mocktail. In all honesty, there aren’t many drinks more decadent than this one, so save it for dessert. It will be difficult to limit yourself to just one of these hybrids of the White Russian and a creamy milkshake.
Ingredients:
• The equivalent of 1 cup of freshly brewed Cream Coffee
• Sugar, half a cup
• Milk for one cup
• A few squares of chocolate, milk or dark
• Crushed ice
Method:
• Make the syrup first, as directed in the coffee soda recipe.
• To a small saucepan, add the contents of your cream coffee.
• Add sugar to taste by filling the coffee cup halfway, then combining the two in the saucepan.
• Reduce by half and thicken into a syrup by heating the ingredients together.
• Put some ice and milk in a tumbler and top it off with your preferred coffee syrup.
• Sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top, give it a quick stir, and dig in!
Coffee Orange Mocktail
Ingredients:
• Half an orange
• 1 tsp of honey
• Fill the glass with 100 ml of fresh drip coffee (or 1 ounce of espresso)
• Soda
• Ice cubes
Method:
• The orange juice must be freshly squeezed.
• Honey (or your preferred sweetener) should be stirred into the brewing coffee.
• Orange juice, ice cubes, soda, and coffee are added to a glass before being poured over a spoon.
• Be sure to give it a good stir before you sip and enjoy.
Coffee Mint Julep
This caffeinated take on the classic mint julep is perfect for those hot summer afternoons when you need a refreshing drink and a little extra energy. • Concentrated coffee from a cold brew, 3 ounces
• Four sprigs of fresh mint (plus one for decoration).
• 1 ounce of sugar syrup
• Crushed ice
Method:
